As a new law student, comprehension of issues and definitions are fairly easy. However; it is sometimes a challenge to "interweave" the facts and the rules such that we can submit concise and definite answers. While, I am still a work in progress, having participated in this course has definitely given me a better place to start from. I plan to go through the course a second time. I encourage all new legal students, and other members of the legal community to take advantage of this very well prepared course.

It is a really worthwhile tool for augmenting the Torts lecture. It does a good job in adding more detail to what is discussed in class on how to prepare and write on exams. It slips in importan law definitions given by the professor so for exam time, follow the professor's rules/dedfintions provided in class though.

This presentation was very thorough and gave a clear explanation of how legal analysis should be. It helped me to better understand how the facts and law should flow together. I will definitely review this again right before midterms and finals.
